The name, in fact, is linked to Queen Giovanna D'Angiò, sovereign of Naples. It is said about her that between 1371 and 1435, she came on holiday to the sea accompanied by her young lovers with whom she used to spend time bathing in these waters. Hence the origin of the name "I Sogni della Regina". The image of an influential, emancipated and intelligent woman.
